Current TAT, or Turn Around Time, is 10 business days. While we strive to complete sooner, we need to account for shipping delays along with other orders. If you need something sooner, reach out and we can check current timelines.

If I select Pickup, where can I pickup?

If you select pickup, the address will be sent to you when your order is ready. As we are a small business and do not currently have a store front, we ask that you arrange pickup by messaging us to schedule.

I need help with sizing.

Most of our sizes are unisex unless otherwise specified. Adult unisex is similar to men's sizing and youth unisex is similar to boys. If you are unsure, check out the size charts in each product listing or email us and we can help recommend the best fit for you.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the customization process, we do not accept returns. If you feel there is a defect or mistake with your order, please connect and we can work on a solution.
